個人簡歷
楊帆，男，2008年于重慶大學(xué)獲電氣工程專業(yè)工學(xué)博士學(xué)位，2012年至2013年在美國俄克拉荷馬大學(xué)從事博士后工作，入選重慶市高校中青年骨干教師。
現(xiàn)任中國電機工程學(xué)會電工理論與新技術(shù)專委會副主任委員，CIGRE-C3（電力系統(tǒng)環(huán)境特性）中國專委會委員，教育部電氣類專業(yè)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會秘書，中國電力教育協(xié)會電氣工程學(xué)科教學(xué)委員會副主任委員。
主要從事電工裝備多物理場計算方法與數(shù)字孿生技術(shù)、太赫茲成像方法研究。近5年承擔(dān)科研項40余項，其中國家級項目5項。作為項目技術(shù)負責(zé)人主持工信部重大專項1項（總投資1.06億元）、自然基金面上項目2項、科技部重點研發(fā)項目子課題1項、工信部升級轉(zhuǎn)型重點項目課題1項。與北京云道聯(lián)合打造了工業(yè)仿真APP開發(fā)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)，目前上線APP共2000多個，服務(wù)園區(qū)企業(yè)73家，直接經(jīng)濟效益1.2億元。獲省部級科技進步獎2項，行業(yè)一等獎1項；發(fā)表SCI論文50余篇，起草IEEE國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1項。

2003年6月畢業(yè)于重慶大學(xué)電氣工程學(xué)院，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位。

2008年6月 - 今，留校任教，2010年9月聘任為副教授，2013.6月聘任為博士生導(dǎo)師。

科研成果
自2010年來，作為項目負責(zé)人承擔(dān)國家自然基金2項，省部級1項，重大橫向課題1項，國家安全支撐項目1項，輸配電裝備及系統(tǒng)安全與新技術(shù)國家重點實驗室項目2項、其他橫向課題10 項。作為主研人員參加973計劃課題1項。近三年作為項目負責(zé)人完成科研經(jīng)費225.3萬元，年均科研經(jīng)費75.1萬元，近5年來在IEEE Transactions，ACES等國際期刊發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇，獲得授權(quán)發(fā)明專利3項，獲得貴州省科技進步獎三等獎1項。
